With experiencing both types of births, I thought I would share my 15 Amazon Picks for Pregnancy and Postpartum with y'all!

This is my third pregnancy. My first was a vaginal birth and my second was a c-section. Who knows what this one will end up being. With experiencing both types of births, I’ve found some Amazon products that I’ve loved and plan to try with this birth. So, I thought I would share my 15 Amazon Picks for Pregnancy and Postpartum with y’all and I hope you find it helpful.

PREGNANCY

This support belt has been a game changer for this pregnancy. The other day I told my husband that I have no clue why I didn’t get one with the other pregnancies. I have loved it especially for exercising, both cardio and weight liftings.

I am OBSESSED with these shorts! They are comfortable, stretchy, and soft. I found them before I was pregnant, and they are now my go to shorts for exercise and for just around the house.

These come highly recommended from several mamas I know. They work for pre, post, and during pregnancy. These are often compared to Lululemons, but without the price tag.

I don’t know about you, but my fingers were already swelling when I entered into the second trimester. My wedding ring no longer fit comfortably and I couldn’t get it off without some soap and water. So, I put it away for safe keeping and bought these silicone wedding rings. I’ve loved them and it’s fun to switch up the colors every now and then. These are definitely not the only colors to choose from too!

Love the details with the straps and the pockets on this romper. This will be perfect for spring, summer, and even into fall! At first I thought I should maybe have gotten a medium as it a little bigger than I thought it might be around the hips. However, when I got it, I was only halfway in my pregnancy and so my belly has plenty of room to grow! I think this will also work great for postpartum and even beyond. Definitely would recommend!

Sleep while pregnant and postpartum is obviously important. This snoogle has been a favorite for all trimesters. My husband may even like it more than me because he says he sleeps like a baby when he uses it!

That heartburn is truly ANNOYING! Got to get those TUMS in where you can. Do you have any other tips for heartburn??

POSTPARTUM

Such a game changer with a vaginal birth. It helped with the discomfort and pain. Usually the hospital sends you home with some, but you can always order more if needed.

This one I haven’t tried, but I imagine that the bend in the spout actually would make everything so much easier! The peri bottle I was sent home with was just a plain straight shot. Which didn’t quite help. If number three is a vaginal, I definitely would put this on my shopping list.

Breastfeeding can be painful. I actually really appreciated and liked using these cooling gel pads. They are a simple solution and not too crazy to deal with.

My c-section recovery was a whole new world in comparison to a vaginal recovery. It was very painful and I felt very weak. These post surgical binders make a huge difference to give you support where you most need it. They definitely made recovery easier and I would highly recommend it for c-section mamas.

PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM

These resistance exercise bands are great to strengthen your back, legs, glutes, abs, and especially your pelvic floor during and after pregnancy.

According to the Birth Collective, “The pregnancy ball curve can help relieve some pressure in the lower back, pelvis, and spine. Sitting in an upright position on the ball can also encourage your pelvic muscles’ opening to allow room for the baby to descend, ready for birth.”

If you’re looking for a comfy bra both while pregnant and should you choose to nurse, these are the bras to try! Super comfortable.

Whether your skin is itchy, dry, or normal, a good moisturizer will help your skin during pregnancy and postpartum. My dermatologist recommended CeraVe and I’ve loved it.
